2. Description of Service

VivahBiodata is an online platform that allows users to create marriage biodata using customizable templates. The Service offers both free and paid tiers. Free downloads include a watermark and branding. Paid downloads (HD and Premium) offer enhanced quality, no watermark, and additional features.

3. Payments & Pricing

Paid features are available as one-time purchases. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card details or banking information on our servers.

By making a purchase, you agree to pay the specified amount. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Digital Product Delivery

Upon successful payment, your biodata will be available for immediate download in the selected format (PDF/PNG). A copy will also be sent to the email address you provide during checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct, as we cannot resend to incorrect addresses.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when creating your biodata
Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
Not redistribute or resell downloaded templates

6. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, graphics, and code are the intellectual property of VivahBiodata. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use downloaded biodata for personal matrimonial purposes only. Commercial redistribution of templates is prohibited.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information. Biodata content is processed client-side and is not stored on our servers.

9. Limitation of Liability

VivahBiodata is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Service, including but not limited to data loss, download failures, or print quality issues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction in question.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
