Refund & Cancellation Policy

Nature of Product

VivahBiodata provides digital products — high-quality biodata downloads in PDF and PNG formats. Since these are digital goods that are delivered instantly upon payment, the product is considered "consumed" once downloaded.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Payment charged but download failed: If your payment was successful but you were unable to download your biodata due to a technical error on our end, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Duplicate payment: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same biodata, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
  • Wrong product delivered: If the downloaded biodata does not match the template and details you selected, you are eligible for a refund or re-generation.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after downloading the biodata
  • You entered incorrect personal details in the biodata form
  • You are unsatisfied with the template design after purchase (we recommend using the free preview before purchasing)
  • Issues caused by your device, browser, or internet connection

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@vivahbiodata.online with the following information:

  • Your Razorpay payment ID or order ID
  • Email address used during payment
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Screenshot of the problem (if applicable)

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.) used during purchase.

Cancellation

Since VivahBiodata offers one-time purchases (not subscriptions), there is no recurring billing to cancel. Each purchase is a standalone transaction. You are free to use or not use the Service at any time without any cancellation procedure.
